Stop calling my phone

Everytime I answer the phone there is no one there.  I left a message on there phone  mailbox but continue to receive phone call from this number.  Please stop contacting me please I have removed myself from your contact list twice.

This phone number keeps calling my cell phone, but hangs up when I answer.  I want them to remove my phone number from their list.  How do I do this?

This number calls me but no one is there when I answer. It is very annoying. Stop calling.

I reported 469-278-4298 and it is still happening....there must be a better way to get to the bottom of this extremely annoying situation.  I am busy at work receiving unknown calls throughout the entire day and it continues in the evenings and weekends too.  HELP! STOP! THESE! CALLS! TODAY!!!!!!!!!!
