Who called from 4692784298

What ever happened to the do not call register?  I have gotten more unknown numbers on my cell phone in the last 2 weeks, then ever.

Just received one from 469-278-4298 this morning, it just said Texas, no idea who or what they are or want.

This number continues to call me but when I answer no one is on the line or they just hang up. I dont know who they are I just want it to stop.

CALLED BUT LEFT NO MSG.  I TRIED TO CALL BACK BUT THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM DID NOT RECOGNIZE MY NUMBER!!!

I do not want these calls, not interested in buying, changing, My cell phone is for my private use.

I just got a call from them and there was no answer at all they just hung up on me ):<
