Who called from 4692784298

This number (469-278-4298) is calling at all hours of the day and night and i would like this to stop before i contact the authorities.

I am on a no call list and I still get this annoying call with them offering new tv service.  I had 4 calls this morning alone. this is way out of control

I always get phone calls from this number and once when I picked up, a man with a gruff voice mumbled something, coughed, and went silent. So I hung it. This is so annoying!

multiple calls from this number and others, no one is there on other end. so frustrating!
