Spoke very fast and looking for a Spanish name. I made them slow down and they gave me a name not at my number. When I told them, they immediately became very clear in voice and tried to sell me a car protection policy. Scam!!
I know they are from Lowell MA.
I got two phone calls from two different phone numbers but later they went into my verizon account to change address and email . Upgraded my account ( I guess they have more info ) and try to buy something or get credit ️etc ... They must have stolen identification from someone and try to open credit and send the stuff to Lowell MA.
I had to put an alert on my SSN
Police won't do anything though ... That is why they do it . They get away with it !
