Michael did sell all his mothers jewelry and he gave her things to try to buy hookers and girlfriends!! I know people who have sold the stuff he gave them on ebay and craigslist. I know one girl that has his mothers furniture and trinkets from around her house, all things that Michael gave her. It's no wonder his mother wrote him out of her will!!
There is no reason for anyone to defend Michael Luedders. He has scammed, lied to, and stolen from so many people that some non descript telephone forum has become an outlet for his victims to share information relating to the hopeful prosecution of him. I am willing to bet that the more he tries to push back, the louder we all are going to get. Thanks to this, the DA's office in Collin County have been able to obtain more evidence against Luedders in his felony theft case currently in progress. There is absolutely no reason Luedders should enjoy any comfort of peace of mind, after all, he has denied that to many people who out out of very large sums of money due to his scams!! We will not rest until he has fully been held accountable for his actions against so many people, by that I mean put behind bars by a jury of his peers!
You can count me in!! He's a sick miserable person who can't go out and get a regular job due to his history of scamming people. I don't like the idea of him living off his scams and money that he steals from others! He is a compulsive liar, a thief, a pedofile, he has to drug women to get sex or prey on children! He's no good to this world!x
We have to be careful what is put out there for everyone to see. There is plenty of documented evidence out there to suggest that Michael Luedders has scammed and stolen from multiple persons. All you have to do is obtain his criminal record from the courts to know that. I have obtained his criminal record from a national background check company. I have not seen, anywhere, anything at all suggesting that he is a sex offender, or a pedephile. All other accusations on here are documented, with links to the court cases. I am not defending Luedders, but unless there is documented evidence of the serious nature of pedephilia, rape, etc., it should not be put on here. It would be awful for him to have grounds for a defamation of charector suit against someone when he is the damn criminal!!! Please be careful with undocumented accusations. He has a court date coming up in January, I don't know the date yet, and Collin County's search engine for court cases is down right now.
Another one of his possible associates is a guy by the name of MATT SCHIMMEL. Schimmel has evidentally helped him sell at least one stolen motorcycle. The post says he works at Van Chevrolet in Carrolton. Watch out for this guy in addition to Ed Molz. They are 3 of a kind it seems!
