Can you forward me the information on where he's advertising to people at for his new scam?

He is doing business under the name ML Auto Finance. He is advertising that he can get you our of an upside down car note or a lease. He also has people working with him from what I understand. It is listed as a business in Allen, TX with a phone number of (214) 908-9696. When you click to send an email for information it populates your email "to" box with [email protected], and that is known to be an email that he uses.

There was also another warning ad posted about him and his scams on Craigslist yesterday along with a new mugshot of him. He is still at it, no doubt about it.

Luedders has scouts sending emails out to email addresses set up to help other victims. He may try to collect information on anyone that is trying to gather further criminal information on him. Due to this, I prefer to keep this information anonymous via this public forum. Let's hope that he is convicted soon, and is placed in state jail!

Another Victim, DO NOT WORRY about this scumbag collecting information on you. He is full of lies, a coward and tries to intimidate people etc. He's a [***] and we all know it.

I saw the same ad's that you did from ML Auto Finance. I believe those are older scams b/c it's attached to an older phone number and was advertised on yellowpages.com.

Investigator Dale Dowdy is who is doing investigatory work on this case. Call 972-548-4762 and ask to be transfered to the DA's office. Give them the case number: 380-80892-10 then explain how Mike scammed you to Dale. Give all relevant details.The more you tell them and submit to them, the more damning his case will be on his felony theft charge!!!

If you have not yet filed a police report, do so.

Also, his prior court date on Dec. 09, 2010 was just a reading and has been reset to another date. The DA's assistant said that they do not have the next date yet, but that it will be available within the month.
