Michael did sell all his mothers jewelry and he gave her things to try to buy hookers and girlfriends!! I know people who have sold the stuff he gave them on ebay and craigslist. I know one girl that has his mothers furniture and trinkets from around her house, all things that Michael gave her. It's no wonder his mother wrote him out of her will!!
Just so everyone has the right info. I am the one who file theft charges on Luedders in Collin County. he ripped me off for over $12000. The reason he's being allowed the passes is because the DA' is trying to get me restitution. His option is full payment of 12000 or Prison, no option. I know many others have fallen for his scams and so far I'm the only one who has been able to prosecute due to the circumstances of the case.
