He was due in court on an appearance last week. Does anybody know if he has even had a plea hearing yet? The charge is a felony theft case in McKinney I think, it has been going on for a while with a pass after every appearance. You would think the court would get down to business with this guy. He needs to be off the streets and in jail! He is now advertising that he has a business that helps people out of a car they are upside down on, or a lease they need to get out of. It seems that he now has people working with him in these scams. Unsuspecting people are being taken advantage of on a daily basis!! They are going to lose so much, and when these people sign an agreement with him to assume payments, there is no legal penalty that can be imposed, only civil penalties if he defaults. He gets judgement after judgement against him, but keeps going on with these scams. I cannot believe the law allows for this!! There needs to be a website started to warn people!

There is a new warrant out on him in Collin County for issuance of bad check in the amount of $790.40. Let's keep up with this!

I have already turned my documentation over to the investigator in Court #380 in Colin County. They seem to have a great case against him in another matter as well.
