Who called from 4696060684

Called me 11 times over the course of 3 hrs. Didn't answer and they did not leave a message.

Received call from man with heavy access had all my information, said he wanted to offer me lower rate on car insurance.   Said i would receive another call or an email.  He did not identify himself or explain where he got my info from.

!people need to go American or move everything there

They called my phone 4 times in 1day and never left a message.

They did and said the same thing to me...I then called my insurance agent and he says that my insurance company doesn't do that...safe a scam..
