I kept getting a call from this number for weeks. I finally answered today and the same guy (Brian) was talking about "Insurance Network". He knew my husband's name and what car/year we previously owned. He also knew we had service with Verizon. I called him out and said "I have looked up your number and am aware this is a scam. Do not call this number again. I am going to report this number immediately." And he kept saying it's not a scam. He was very polite, hard to understand, and definitely not "all there" with his facts. Right away I looked online to see if anyone else was getting calls from thus number, as I was nervous of it being a legit call, but I found this thread and unfortunately it is a scam. No doubt.
They've called the last two days. 3 today so far. I also spoke to "Brian". I never confirmed my name with him. For every question he asked, I asked him a question. He then rattled off my car and insurance info. As soon as I said I didn't believe him and his rates were too good and that I thought he was a scammer, he hung up. So far no call back.
