Didn't answer the call and they left no message. The Caller Id read CCI........

Hmmm... Caller Id says 469-607-4699 / ELECTO 469607 and I don't answer calls I don't know especially with a stupid caller Id. The person that had my phone number over 13 years ago had collections after him and this may be CCI debt collector that has a long history of complaints.. google cci collections scam ripoff.. the ripoff report general comment #8 may explain things.
