Caller ID Read Electo - 469607.
A guys voice, possible robocall, said he only wanted to ask me a 1 question survey, and that one question was "Did I, or someone I know, vote in the last election?" I yelled No in the phone and hung up. Hopefully they won't call back.
FYI- I did vote in the last election, and I have to answer all calls since this is a business.
My call seems to be like several others. Caller ID said ELECTO with numbers. Likewise I don't answer calls I don't know the number. Harassment no matter what it is for. Jail time, fines, no use of electronic equipment for life.
Call from Electo, whatever that is, with a partial phone number after the name. I get at least 5-6 unwanted calls a day. When does this stop? When I ask for a new phone number? At my age, I can't go through all the trouble. However, these idiots have no concern about hounding us do death with their insane rhetoric!!
Obtaining a new number would result in my posting a reply to you such as this:
All phone numbers are recycled. No one gets rid of a number without a good reason since it a pain in the butt to notify everyone. So now you know why the former owners got rid of that number.
Instead, this is what you need:
Call Blocker
You need to buy a standalone call blocker, call blocking phone, use your carrier’s call blocker if they offer one, or download a free call blocking app for smart phones. For conventional cell phones, assign the number a letter like “z” and make no ring. You may also need to have your carrier increase the ring time to avoid having them leave a message on your voice mail.

I also got CCI on the caller ID. Guy left a message and said it was John with Informed Electorate. I think the calls are computer dialed because he didn't seem to realize he'd gotten the machine.
