Same showed up on my callled ID today....no message

I got  this call this morning and answered, no one answered.

Call to landline:  INFORMED ELECTO ... 469-607-4699   Answering machine screens calls and this one left no message.

called - I don't recognize this area code.  I figure every HAIR BRAIN is going to call since this is an election year. If I don't recognize the number - good luck ringing and ringing and ringing and ringing and ringing - my number rings 9 times before the message comes on that I don't have voice mail.  :)

Comes up on caller I D as informed electoral . I. Do not answer unknown numbers. On caller ID.
