I got a call from this number today. When I answered, I got a message that said please hold. within about a minute someone picked up the phone and laid it off the hook, i could hear them talking in the background. I don't have a total card, i have an all access visa, that i will be cancelling. i can't make a payment online, I get cursed at, yelled at, called when my bill isn't due. I've been told i'm an idiot, and several other rude names by their "customer service" representatives. I get several calls asking me to hold, then someone asks for my name and billing information. My response is always "You called me, who where you looking for" they never want to say. I always inform them they are harrassing me, and I report them to my phone company, as well as the better business bureau. companies are required by law to identify themselves as well as the company they work for, as well as provide a supervisor as requested. If they do not, hang up, and file a complaint.
No message was left, but I called it back and someone named Melissa answered. She said "Hi this is Melissa, how may I help you?" and I hung up, so who knows who it is ...
