I got a call from this number today. When I answered, I got a message that said please hold. within about a minute someone picked up the phone and laid it off the hook, i could hear them talking in the background. I don't have a total card, i have an all access visa, that i will be cancelling. i can't make a payment online, I get cursed at, yelled at, called when my bill isn't due. I've been told i'm an idiot, and several other rude names by their "customer service" representatives. I get several calls asking me to hold, then someone asks for my name and billing information. My response is always "You called me, who where you looking for" they never want to say. I always inform them they are harrassing me, and I report them to my phone company, as well as the better business bureau. companies are required by law to identify themselves as well as the company they work for, as well as provide a supervisor as requested. If they do not, hang up, and file a complaint.
I got a call last night from a Dale Jackson (came on caller ID)... The lady mispronounced my name, and said my credit card payment was due, and she needed me to authorize a bank draft. I asked her what credit card (as the only one I use is linked to my checking acount). She said she could not give that out without verification she was speaking to (again mispronounced my name)... Then she asked for my Social... She got irate when I would not give it to her. I said that since I had no account with her, there is NO WAY I would give my personal info out. She said I had to. I asked her if she would give her SSN out of I called her house and misprounced her name, and gave a demand on an account she knew nothing about. She said YES. That if someone had her phone number, then she must have an account with them. I said that I could open the phone book and get 100,000 names, number and addresses, but that does not mean I know the people, or that they have anything to do with me.
I asked for a supervisor, and she said she was trying to assist me, without hurting my credit. I demanded a supervisor... she said she was not allowed to get one.
So this wonderfull Dale Johnson calls me house at 7am and 7pm, EVERY DAY. the first time i picked up and they wanted money to witch i said. what time u open till, she said 11am, to witch i then said, i guess you [***] out of luck becuase i sleep till 2pm. call me when YOUR hours change and hung up. iv had to put the phone off the hook every mornining for like the last freakin week. that comp. is bull [***]. they swrewed me so ill just keep screwing them
I keep getting a call from this number, but I schedule always schedule online payments. Im not answering, i dont want to talk to anyone.
I have recieved 5 calls from this number today.
The same as the above calls but I don't have an account with these idiots. They call twice a day everyday tomorrow I'm going to record their calls and report them to the Fair Debt collection people. Only the scum of the earth work in collections, because they couldn't hold a job as a used car salesman. There are specific rules that they have to follow such as hours that they can call, foul language is not allowed, threats are not allowed and please do not ever give anyone any information especially a checking account number they will drain every dime from your account every chance that they get, if you've given this stuff out close your account ASAP!!
I'd recommend going to daveramsey.com for more information. If you can find a Financial Peace Class taught by Dave Ramsey attend it! It cost $90.00 usually if you go through a church (Don't worry they won't beat you over the head with a bible) but you'll save about $50.00 bucks and you'll be armed to defend yourself and you'll learn how to get out of debt. I'm not saying it's going to be a cake walk but with what your going to learn you'll have the tools to get ahead.
