I got a call from this number today. When I answered, I got a message that said please hold. within about a minute someone picked up the phone and laid it off the hook, i could hear them talking in the background. I don't have a total card, i have an all access visa, that i will be cancelling. i can't make a payment online, I get cursed at, yelled at, called when my bill isn't due. I've been told i'm an idiot, and several other rude names by their "customer service" representatives. I get several calls asking me to hold, then someone asks for my name and billing information. My response is always "You called me, who where you looking for" they never want to say. I always inform them they are harrassing me, and I report them to my phone company, as well as the better business bureau. companies are required by law to identify themselves as well as the company they work for, as well as provide a supervisor as requested. If they do not, hang up, and file a complaint.
Been getting calls for a few days...they are very persistent...I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. At home it comes up with this number(469-619-4118) for D. Wasmund, on the cell it just comes up as a Texas number. Also 347-404-5862 is Total Card. They call cell, home, and then right after they call the home phone and I don't answer I get a call from an 800 or 866 number. VERY IRRITATING!!!!!
Total card = totally annoying. All they want is money and could care less if you already told them when you can pay them. They must have a harrassment policy that goes something like, 'call nonstop even when customer has made payment arrangements. they deserve it'. I make sure to tell them I will be cancelling their crappy card once it is paid off. They are the most ignorant, white trash credit card company out there. They tell me the names on the caller ID are their bosses names. So, it must be some poorly managed company. I couldn't imagine giving anyone my permission to put a phone in my name if I was collections manager.
yeah same here but i didnt answer the phone the numder or the area code is for sumwhere in arkanasa... and im not really sure if i want to call it back..
These people will call not leave a message and call back again within the hour. I called the number back and they answer " How Can I Help You".
Does anyone no when calling them back if they should be answering the phone with the name of the company?
