I got a call from this number today. When I answered, I got a message that said please hold. within about a minute someone picked up the phone and laid it off the hook, i could hear them talking in the background. I don't have a total card, i have an all access visa, that i will be cancelling. i can't make a payment online, I get cursed at, yelled at, called when my bill isn't due. I've been told i'm an idiot, and several other rude names by their "customer service" representatives. I get several calls asking me to hold, then someone asks for my name and billing information. My response is always "You called me, who where you looking for" they never want to say. I always inform them they are harrassing me, and I report them to my phone company, as well as the better business bureau. companies are required by law to identify themselves as well as the company they work for, as well as provide a supervisor as requested. If they do not, hang up, and file a complaint.
I did have an account & fake azz "Credit" Card (actually a Debt Card)
from Total Card. But I had called them to cancel my account.
They guy I spoke to said I owed like 250$.I asked him to explain to me HOW can one owe 250$ on a debt card. He could not explain it without changing the subject, so I hung up on him.
Then the calls were coming from 313-346-5268 by V. Huether was actually Total Card Visa wanting $0.86 to avoid late fee of 29$ from a 35$ minimum monthly payment. I told the woman I already requested to cancel my account becuase I no longer needed their services anymore. Then she went on about owing 250$. I told her I got 4.13 on that account charge me the 3.50 to close the account & send me back my 63 cents an hung up on her.
After a couple more calls from that number I just answered & said "Stop f-ing calling this number. That number stopped now I got 469-619-4118 by D. Wasmund calling me. I answerred once saying I don't know this number stop calling me.
These fucqs are trying to bill me for not paying myself my own money to my account for NOT maxing out the max balance of 250$ That I'm allowed to deposit on/into my own available funds. I always average between 35$-100$.
But was also paying 8$ amonth in service fees & had some other company billing me 9.99 amonth that I told them to stop payyment & billing for & never did. Plus I found another card to give me the same service for nothing. Total Card is fruad, ripe off, scam artist. So that's why I wanted to cancel that card.
But lie I said now they wanna bill me for not maxing out their service, for not paying me my own own money.
god damn inconsiderate [***] motherfukers keep calling me and saying i need to pay my bill!! i dont even have credit cards. i told these fucs when i find them i will kill them all and set whatever office they are in on fire.
They have called 3 times today, and a recording tells me to hold for an important message. A moment later a person comes on and asks for me by first name, and then they hang up. We don't have an account with them, and so am not going to answer anymore. Thank goodness for whoever invented caller ID!
