I got a call from this number today. When I answered, I got a message that said please hold. within about a minute someone picked up the phone and laid it off the hook, i could hear them talking in the background. I don't have a total card, i have an all access visa, that i will be cancelling. i can't make a payment online, I get cursed at, yelled at, called when my bill isn't due. I've been told i'm an idiot, and several other rude names by their "customer service" representatives. I get several calls asking me to hold, then someone asks for my name and billing information. My response is always "You called me, who where you looking for" they never want to say. I always inform them they are harrassing me, and I report them to my phone company, as well as the better business bureau. companies are required by law to identify themselves as well as the company they work for, as well as provide a supervisor as requested. If they do not, hang up, and file a complaint.

Yes, they are bast***. They think they can trick me into answer the phone or calling them back. Sad part is, it must work part of the time or they woudn't even try. They have left messages acting like a long-lost friend, without saying which company they are with. They found out I am an indpendance sales rep for a cosmetic company, so they call and leave a message saying they want to place an order, do they not realize we have caller ID and can research their stupid phone number and find out who they are??? I asked for a credit line increase last year - $5. Wow, don't break the budgit. I paid and paid and paid, but you can never pay down with 22% interest and monthly and annual fees. They charge for a payment over the phone, they charge late fees, they charge for everything. They make billions off of us that have bad credit, someone should tell them, THEY are the reason we are in such bad shape, crooks!!!
Ok so I was reading all the notes on how this number is with a credit card company so I called it back to make sure no one has opened a card in my name without me knowing it since I have NO credit cards and will NEVER have a credit card if I can avoid it. When I called back a man with a VERY distinct accent just answered and said Hello. I said hello back and he said this is James how can I help you. I said I am returning a missed call, he said yes ma'am I am calling about your surgery on your bladder sling, did you have one not that long ago. I said no so he then hung up on me. This # is a TOTAL scam. Do not answer, do not give any info on who you are. Clearly they are trying to get people who are in desperate need of help and will try anything! Sad but there is not much we (our government) can do when these people are clearly not in the USA.
