What do you do? I had told him the same thing and notified my local law enforcement and it stop for two weeks. Then all of a sudden I receive a voicemail for the same sh*t?
I live in Texas, in the last couple of weeks i have recieved this call from some guy with a thick indian accent. Now mind you this guy has been calling me off and on for months. Always using a different name and different numbers from different states. The guy has gone by the name Chris Henery, Johnny Smith and others. This has to be a scam! I am sick and tired of this guy and who ever is helping him, calling and threatening me. I mean, do they really think i am that stupid. These guys need to be stopped. This is sooooooooooooooo wrong!
This is officer Craig Wilson with UNLD Law firm, This call is to inform you of a law suit involving your name and social security number. Now as soon as you get this message i want you or your retained attorney to call me back on my direct line number 408-520-2483. Don't try to disregard this message and return the call. If i don't here back from you at this time, i will have to take legal action againt your name and your social securtiy number. I am sending a copy of the affidavit to your work place and manager over there. Goodbye and have a blessed day.
I think these guys got my info by back dooring a advanced payday loan site...fraudulent payday loans sites are poping up left and right all over the web...my advice is to not apply for anyone one of them online. If you think you need a loan, go into a store, in person. Shortly after i had a applied for the loan my checking account had false echecks written on it with my ditgital signature. The only place i can think of that they would have been able to get all my info to that extent is online, on a payday loan site. Where some of them required you to use your mouse to sign documents. DO NOT DO THIS! This is were they can get everything about you. And i do mean everything. Somebody needs to do something about these fraudulent sites.
I filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Office on the above phone calls i posted previously. I stated word for word what the guy was saying and that he was calling my cell and work phone. Something has too be done. I am going to change my cell phone number asap and work number too if that continues. Don't let these guys scare you and don't give them any money period!
this is the exact same message I got as well: changing my # and also changing my account number as well and making sure its not link to any old accounts as well@@ very scary what people try and do such a shame and the sad part about it is someone will get scammed out of this in the long run as wel!!! I am glad I google this information to see what was going on
