Beware. 469-899-8919 and 469-646-4015 Phone Numbers
I received a call today from a person saying there from a law office, The girl who called rattled of a name very fast and the said hold on, this phone number is from Texas. Mr.. Lee got on the phone and started asking me did I know a Mr. I. Roberts and there was a judgment from Oct 2005 that the judge signed and I need to pay 10.000 to satisfy. I begin to tell him I don't know who he is and why didn't I get something in the mail. He stated that I moved around to much and he gave me different addresses I lived at. I was almost fooled and I will admit I was rattle to say the least. He tried very hard to intimidate me, after going back in forth. He started to become agitated, and said he was trying to help me. So I said let me call you back after I contact a lawyer as he had suggested then he said I have to act now and I have no other alternative once I hang up phone. I would assume that all information he has was or is public knowledge except social #. He maybe buying accounts and trying to collect. I am not sure I do this I have all called my backs to notify me if there is any strange parties attempting to access them.
I was called last night, they had a lot of information about me that they shouldn't have. When I called back Mr. Lee to ask the business address, I was yelled at for harassment. Don't give or validate any personal information with them!!
They called and harassed my parent about a debt over a decade ago. I decided to call them back when I heard my parent yelling. A lady answered the phone and I couldn't make out the name I repeatedly asked her to repeat herself and still could not understand the first name of the company Zorin(??) & Associates. She put me on hold and a man came on the phone and said aggressively that my parent had committed bank fraud, told me my parents license plate number, and that they have put a tag on the car to take it away. Then I was hung up on. I called back and the lady answered and immediately put me on hold(mute). I was speaking to my parent and she took me off hold and aggressively said that the call was being recorded. I lied and told her that I was also recording the call and she hung up. I called back at least 10 times and they disconnected the calls. My parent has yet to receive a call again.
I was called by a mr ackles using this number and a number of 469 899 8912 regarding a matter that my husband had back in 2007 and at first they only said it was a claim and that my husband needed to return their call because of a audit and they had his social. We spoke a total of 5 times once with this gentleman then with a "mr lee" then with 2 women and in a matter of speaking with these 4 "individuals" I was told 2 times I was on a recorded line and only once from a female did they let me know that it was an attempt to collect a debt they never sent me anything in writing on their end though the "claimed" they did and they threatened wage garnishments told me I was too poor to afford an attorney and tried to claim that the matter was my problem because I signed paperwork (I wasnt even with my husband at the time that this supposed paperwork was signed) and he threatened to garnish wages free accounts and put "flags on my property" and I had not received a single piece of paperwork and when I told the gentlemen that it was a scam and that my lawyer wanted validations of the debt he told me that he didn't have to give me anything and that "he was taking me to court"! The only thing I did not like or understand is how these people had so much information and such ignorant "lawyers". Identity theft alert!!
