I made collection arrangements with Dendy and three days later got another call wanting to re-hash everything I spoke with them about prior. Yhis "supervisor" named Sheilah gets on the phone and called me a liar more than once. She threatened to drag me into court, stated that Sallie mae would probably call my student loans in if they placed a lien against me, and would refuse any of my other student loans. These people are rude and act crazy.
SOMEONE LEFT A MESSAGE ON MY ANSWER MACHINE, LOOKING FOR SOMEONE I'VE NEVER HEARD OF.........AND STATED THEY WERE A LAW FIRM?............AND THAT PERSON WAS TO CALL THEM BACK..........ALSO LEFT A 1800 NUMBER......????.........I DON'T LIKE RECEIVING CALLS LIKE THIS! I WISH WE COULD BLOCK THEM?.......
They just called and left a message directed at me saying her name was Mrs. Trumay or Trumiad, something like that and left me D Michael Dendy # 888-724-8201
I keep getting mail from D. Michael Dendy addressed to someone else even though I have requested that they stop sending mail to this person because they don't live here and I am going to sue them for harassment.
