They called saying they were from the law firm listed above. I asked in regards to what, they asked for my social security number and I told them to [***] off. My credit card number was stolen yesterday and I'm sure this is related.
So is this a law firm or a collection agency posing as a law firm? I wish these people would understand when you don't have money how the hell are you supposed to pay? I've been out of work for 2 years and they keep calling me threatining to file a suit against me if i don't pay, but i've been recording everything. I am literally broke! I lied i have a penny at the bottom of my purse do you think i should give them that?
