Just received a call on my cell phone from this number. The caller asked for Jacob Counts.  I had to ask the caller to repeat the name twice as I told him he was talking too fast and with his accent I could not understand anything he was saying and that he needed to speak slowly. I then told the caller I have never heard of that name and he has dialed a wrong number.

They called me looking for my neighbor.

Obnoxious, rude!  Knowing it had nothing to do with me, I refused to identify myself.  She acted as though I was required to do so!
