Who called from 5044561491

Mr. Cunningham calls my house using mine and my wifes name and spouts off some account number he wants us to call him about. I haver no idea who he is and how he got our name and number.

I too have recieved a call from this so call company. I didn't think it was  legit either. No real company or lawyer calls your house at 8:00pm on a sunday, I mean really. I have been suckered by answering the phone, but never again and then a recording, are you serious.

I've recieved calls from a Donna from this company.  I've even tried to work with them.  She, as a representative of this so called company is very rude and disrespectful.  So, I gave her a taste of her own medicine.  For them to ruin my credit or sue me as she stated they will on such a small amount is rediculous!  Besides, I'm pretty sure them calling me on my job is illegal also.

calling all hours of the night animation phone number asking for a family member who I am not at liberty to disclose. Gets very rude.

ok so we have been working with this company to pay off a hospital debt that we do rightfully owe...so yes they are legit...however they are finding you..you do prolly owe the money in most cases...it was goin great...we set up a payment situation...it was all goin great..until one month when it showed in my bank account that they did in fact take out our payment...they were fighting us saying that we still owed for the month..we were doing auto withdrawal with a phone call to us to get permission...well after it took over 3 months to find out that they put our payment which they took from our bank account toward someone elses payments..we decided to not allow any more auto withdrawals and i have to say it got a bit nasty..cause honestly what kind of company takes your money and gives it to someone else..so we only have 3 payments left and im gonna be so happy when its over!!!!   So yes they are legit...but very unprofessional!!
