My residence received a phone call from the above-mentioned phone number, leaving a recorded message with an 877 number for the call back number.

FYI----Any Attorney-at-Law has a License to operate.  They are members of the STATE BAR ASSOCIATION, and may be a member of the New Orleans Bar/Baton Rouge Bar/etc.

Also, any financial institution located in the State of Louisiana is regulated and controlled by the Financial Advisor/Banking Commissioner-John Ducress.  (Esp. collection agencies)

Also, any financial institution problem can be reported to David Vitter, who sits on the Banking, Housing & Urban Affairs Committee in Washington.

Also, any collection agency who is reported to the FTC, is fined $100 for the harrassment of consumers.

No collection agency is to call anyone before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM

1)  Any collection agency is controlled and regulated by the STATE in which they do business.  Ex: LA.-John Ducres, Financial Advisor regulates collection agencies in this State.  It depends upon the STATE.

2)  If consumers report Collection Agencies to the FTC-Federal Trade Commission for harassment (which is against the law), then they get fined $100.

3)  We have Prepaid Legal.  If you purchase Prepaid Legal then you can get representation with a credit matter.

4)  Also, if someone is on S/S Disability or SSI, the creditor/collection agency might be a little easier on them, since they are on a limited income.

this company called me demanding me to pay a bill of $60 dollars. i assure you i have the money, but i am not going to pay this company, one because the fat cats at our lady of the lake over charged me, blue cross blue sheild denied payment to this hospital because they wanted to have a pay raise of 13%. no the inbreading and fighting the two companies of done affected me. thankfully scum bags like this who want $60 from me wont affect my creidt too bad, for this reason i am refusing payment. advice for those of you who simply have no reason to pay your bill, or just dont have the means. when they call, say that they have the wrong number, and that this number is now a buessniess, and if the dont stop calling you will report them. obama coming in to office is the reason all of this fighting is happining people are afriad to loss their jobs, or getting pay cutts. i bet the mojority of individauls on this website voted for obama and probably supported his health care plan, but if you want to deal with people like these less often dont let the goverment take conrtol of health care. ex the dmv.

Ok, so last year I had a miscarriage (didn't know I was pregnant or else I could have been on medicaid) and so I have a ton of unpaid medical bills to take care of.  Unfortunately, I am also working on paying off credit card debt, so a measly hospital bill of $133 is not high on my list of priorities right now.  These people are rude and have somehow got a hold of my GRANDPARENT'S number, and won't stop calling and harassing them!  My grandmother even tried talking nicely to the secretary or whoever called and she was really rude to my grandma.  Originally this bill had been turned over to some place called "Telerecovery" and I guess now they have hired these lawyers to handle it.  But I don't get it, wouldn't they be paying them MORE than the bill is even worth!?!

Courteous and professional. Had no problems. They promptly handled my matter. Never had to wait. Straight to the person I needed to speak with. Didn't deal with not one recording. Was more than pleased!
