I too have recieved a call from this so call company. I didn't think it was legit either. No real company or lawyer calls your house at 8:00pm on a sunday, I mean really. I have been suckered by answering the phone, but never again and then a recording, are you serious.
Firm won lawsuit by judge who refused to look at payments made to hospital. Hospital does not take payments, check local paper on lawsuits filed every week. Easy to give this firm accounts. Now after firm won, made two payments to firm, guess what??? firm does not take payments also. Sent full amount and copies of canceled check. Next step is to hire lawyer.
