if you go online and type in Goldman and associates there are several different businesses. in different states. some say law firms and some say drs. and some say real estate agencies. so who knows who these people are.
I received a call from this number today about some charges being filed against me. the message was from a guy about a summons being served. this is the third phone number from these people.
Got a call and answered it, was a automated message saying I have a summons to appear in court. Called the number back and it didn't ring instead a rude lady answered the phone about a payday loan I had back in 05'. I asked for the company name and mailing address, she told me I couldn't have it and then hung up on me. I called back asked for the company name she said GNA, I asked for the mailing address again she said no I couldn't have it, I then asked if they were a collection agency, she just hung up!!! They won't give you any information sounds fishy to me!!!!
I received same call from 3 different phone numbers. One was in Fargo,ND. One from south bend Indiana and now from louisanna.they called telling me to talk to the legal department. To a mr. Monroe and he said it was for a check back in 07'. Recorded messages keep calling leaving messages but when you answer it's the recorded message not a live person. Also when you call them back it says the number doesn't exist. When you tell them you'll report them to department of justice and AG office, they hang up. I blocked all the numbers. I'm thinking its a scam. How come it would take almost ten yrs to try and collect money. They can't send you to jail for a payday loan... More comments would be nice.
Received multiple messages from this number with an incorrect name. When given my number they cannot find the number in their system and are unable to turn this off.
