Recvd voice message from a CLS processing firm stating that they will summons me within 3 days, if I do not call them back. Provide a case number and  call back number.  Threatened to deliver to my home or job.  Just give me the summons so we can take it to court already.

Nothing from 520 area code as stated on my previous post re: 876 number.

Received a call from this number, said civil lawsuit was being taken. Why would they call me from Massachusetts  to serve me with legal paperwork in Texas?  Did anyone else get served?  these people have been calling my phone non stop!
