Recvd voice message from a CLS processing firm stating that they will summons me within 3 days, if I do not call them back. Provide a case number and call back number. Threatened to deliver to my home or job. Just give me the summons so we can take it to court already.
They called me a couple of times in the last week. First time I new it was a scam and yelled at the girl don't call this number again. Just got another call 5 min ago asking if I would be available to receive legal documents. I said I don't know that person. Big tip - they used my nickname, I've never seen a legal doc with my nickname on it. and if your being sued they just serve you, they don't tip you off first. I'm hyper-vigilant as I have had my identity stolen... By a Nassau county cop %-[
They just called me and asked if I could accept legal documentation for Laura K. Patton. I informed him that I had no idea who this person was and he stated that "she" had been falsely listing my number on court documents. He said she would be charged for "lying to the courts" when they took her to court. Said my number would be removed from the list. These people have called both me and my husband in the past and used several different names they were trying to reach. These scumbags irritate me to no end!
