Recvd voice message from a CLS processing firm stating that they will summons me within 3 days, if I do not call them back. Provide a case number and call back number. Threatened to deliver to my home or job. Just give me the summons so we can take it to court already.
Law cases are a matter of public record. A quick call to your City, or State court office will tell you. Just talk with the court officer & after a few questions they will tell you if there are any pending cases. Now. . . you most likely are being called by foreign 3rd world scammings extortionist criminals. Let them send you the paper, especially if the roll is kinda empty. They can't afford the postage from Asia anyway.
Received this same call, looking for my daughter, to give her "one final opportunity" before serving her. Must respond by 5 this afternoon. Funny, she knows nothing about this, and has received nothing in writing, which one would expect in a legal proceeding. Only thing that gave me pause was that they had my name as a secondary contact.
I received a call today from Banica from the central process unit. She gave me a 888 number to call with a case number. She said there is a civil case against he and if I did not call in an hour I would be summoned to appear in court. I took her info and told her I would be filing a police report. When the police arrived they took the info and said there is a huge investigation going on with these fraud calls. These scammers are idiots and it's sad some folks really believe them and Lose their money
Call received this evening from a male indicating documents to serve and was my phone number a good number to serve at. Told them this was a scam call, phone call being monitored and taped. No further response from them; I just hung up. Have been getting similar calls from Dallas, Texas, Morrisonville, NY, MA, and other states. Have contacted Police with every phone numbers being used.
