My mother received a phone call from this company. She beleived it to be a scam so she contacted the police. An officer came over and called the number back. The rep who picked up was rude even to the officer. The officer hung up on her. I tried to call them back myself and failed to get an answer. I get an automated message stating that all reps are busy helping other customers and it disconnects after that. I don't remember a whole lot from working collections myself, but I do remember something about only being able to have contact with the customer twice in one day. I can also tell you that you can have them no longer contact you if you provide them with what is called a cease and desist letter. They have to provide you with an address to send this to. I advise everyone reading this to do so.
This is verizon collection company. Miracle financial. Their automated phone calling system calls 4 numbers at a time, first one to pick up talks to someone - the other calls are dropped immediately as hang ups. Very rude people.
they call my work and leave me rude messages, asking me why I am afraid to pick up the phone...they tell me that it is also a waste of their time calling me over and over again. I don't know who they are so I don't pick up, because the times I have called they won't tell me what it is about.
My son answered the phone at home. A nice lady wanting to know how to get a hold of me. He gave her my cell phone. This is a collection agency for Verizon. When I answered my cell phone at work the lady started yelling at me. When I tried to explain that I had filed a notice to dispute the validity of a debt she just yelled more, told me that I didn't know what I was talking about and told me to shut up until she finished speaking. Absolutely rude!! Do not answer calls from this number.
This number keeps calling my cell phone, and I had no idea who it was so I never answered. I googled the area code and found this website. I just got this cell phone and new number, so they aren't looking for me....
