My mother received a phone call from this company. She beleived it to be a scam so she contacted the police. An officer came over and called the number back. The rep who picked up was rude even to the officer. The officer hung up on her. I tried to call them back myself and failed to get an answer. I get an automated message stating that all reps are busy helping other customers and it disconnects after that. I don't remember a whole lot from working collections myself, but I do remember something about only being able to have contact with the customer twice in one day. I can also tell you that you can have them no longer contact you if you provide them with what is called a cease and desist letter. They have to provide you with an address to send this to. I advise everyone reading this to do so.

I got this call from a collection agency about a bill that I owe. I dont even have verizon as my cell phone company. They are really rude. they stated that they would remove the number for the data base.
I receive at least two calls a day from this number. i did call back once and was not given much information just taled down to and insulted. I wonder if their clients are aware of the tactics.
Received a call this morning on my cell phone, did not identified themselves as a collections agency, but requested to speak with Judy Choi. Called them back and explained no one here by that name, possibly Judy mixed up some numbers.
They were polite and professional to me, so I can't complain!
508-746-6927 has been calling my 15 year old daughter for the last 3 days during school and when i called the number back i get disconnected thanks for the info.
