call came from Ohio, and I let it go to voicemail since I don't know anyone in Ohio. They said they had received a fax complaint against me and they would be serving me at my home or my work, Left a Washington state number 509-620-9010, and a case file number. When I tried to return their call it said the number was not available to receive calls. I have had this cell number for less than a week...smells a little fishy to me!! Never give their company name or even who they might represent. Final words of the message were: "You have been notified".
I have received three calls from 509-620-9010 and they left the number 740-518-8010 in my messages to return the call. Threatening to come to my house and place of employment right away since I have not answered their calls. I know this is a scam, of course, but what I really hate is that they are also calling my two sons' cell phones. How can they do that? I very rarely give out any cell numbers, let alone those of my sons. Disgusted with this kind of harassment.
This is the phone number they gave in the body of the voicemail, but the number came from 740-518-8010. As I didn't know anyone in Dresden, OH I let it go to voicemail. I've received two calls from this number - June 29th and today. The male caller only says he is wtih the Process Division and I have "two charges pending" and they will pursue me at home and my place of work. He claims that as he can't reach me by phone, this gives them a right to visit me. He gives a case number, but at no time does he detail the company he represents or what these pending charges are. I've only started receiving calls such as these recently since I started working with a law firm on my debt consolidation. They've told me that these calls will likely begin to step up as the creditor is trying to frighten me, so as I'm supposed to do, I keep a record of all of these calls and forward it to the law firm.
