This is Protect America. I filled out an online request for home security system quotes. They call several times a day. I did actually speak to a sales rep and explained at the start of the call that I was shopping around before making a decision. He did explain their system. He wanted me to commit to a contract before ending the call or lose a $295 "installation discount". He was not willing to send a written offer via e-mail.
I receive five or six calls from this number a day (even during the weekend). I answered it a few times but there was no reply. I just learned it is from Protect America Security.
