Not sure who it is as we've received 5 phone calls, and not a one of them has had a human on the other end. Just picked up, do the greeting, and click. Not a physical click, but the sound of the phone line disconnecting (that click a few moments after a person hangs up a phone), so there's no one there at all.
Clearly the dialer is having issues. Hopefully they get it resolved.
If you go to Protect America's website and scroll all the way to the very bottom, there is a link under Help titled "Do Not Call." Filling that out should remove you from their call list. I had to do that. Got 7 calls in three days, and I work overnight and sleep in the day. Very annoying!

I entered our Google Voice phone number on their web page to get information and they called within an hour or two. I decided I don't want their service so I blocked their phone number with Google Voice but I notice my call logs show they still try to reach me once every day Monday through Saturday.
Their web page does have a "Do Not Call" to get your phone and e-mail off their lists, but I'm curious to see how long they attempt to call (from my block call Google Voice logs) so I'll wait a few weeks before I enter my number on their internatl DNC list.
