We called these people once to ask about their alarm system and we told them that we will call them back when we made the decision. Since than they called us 3 times a day for 3 weeks now. They don't leave a message and when you answer the phone there is nobody on the other side.
What is wrong with this company, if they are so hungry for business this is sure the wrong way to do it. Because now for sure we don't buy from them.
I asked for a quote from them (Protect America) and ended up going with another company. Protect America if you're reading this, the way to get new customers is definitely not to harrass them (prior to them being a customer) by calling them multiple times a day. If you are truly replying to quote requests then you should leave a message and allow the customer to call you back if they are still interested.
