I had a horrible dealing with Sue, I called her to make sure that she was indeed from Farmers Insurance. She verified that she was from farmers insurance, I proceeded to tell her that I wad going to report her unprofessional ism, she started calling me a f---ing b---h, and said I was a f idiot, that I don't have a clue what I was doing......I hung up and called Farmers and reported my dealing with them and referred them to this site.
Cold call soliciting State Farm auto insurance on behalf of Gary Mcnelley. Somehow had my address and last name correct but asked to speak with a "David" who doesn't exist. Was persistent with her knucklehead speech but when I interrupted her to tell her I didn't appreciate the cold call and wasn't interested in auto insurance and please take my name off her list, she got very rude then threw in a couple of choice words before hanging up.
I have also had the same rude behavior from this woman. People need to start calling these Farmer insurance offices and let them know what type of person she really is. I'm sure if these agencies knew what she was doing they wouldn't use her worthless services! Cursing at potential customers is very unprofessional.
This woman called me today and when I told her I was not interested, she hung up on me by slamming down the phone. When I tried to redial, my call was not allowed to go through. She needs to be reported and hopefully fired.
I home sick from work and recieved a call from this lady Sue McCombs from State Farm, when I said I did not give personal info on the phone she hung up on me. State Farm can guarantee they will never get my business. I am actually in the business of getting a new insurance agent, just didn't plan on doing it when I'm home sick. I was still talking when she hung up.
