I had a horrible dealing with Sue, I called her to make sure that she was indeed from Farmers Insurance. She verified that she was from farmers insurance, I proceeded to tell her that I wad going to report her unprofessional ism, she started calling me a f---ing b---h, and said I was a f idiot, that I don't have a clue what I was doing......I hung up and called Farmers and reported my dealing with them and referred them to this site.
Really, you people I am sure are saying only her part in the matter...People make their living this way, working holidays , sick days and every other day... Is it really necessary to be so rude when you recieve a solicitation call???
Is it rude for a telemarketer to curse at someone when we're not buying what they're selling? Do you think perhaps when she called me and referred to me as a b*tch and quickly hangs up as being a professional worthy of my respect. Really? I cancelled my insurance policy with farmers based on this womans "professionalism". So when it comes to being rude, the train goes both ways on this track. The posts I've read thus far from this thread I can attest as being true and accurate.
sue mccombs Is a liar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No one should allow her to have an impact on anyones thinking towards Farmers insurance!!! She has opened a office in Bertram Texas under the charity name "miracle star ranch charities! Need less to say there is no such charity, she completely pockets the money...the cold call she makes, is only an attempt to get your information and sell it to insurance companies!!!! This is the TRUTH!!!
Hmmm... just found this information on Sue McCombs and her charity ...
http://miraclestarranch.org/Fundraisers.html
The website implies that they are harvesting insurance leads to fund charitable efforts.
No judgement here - just make your own decision about whether to engage with these folks.
