I had a horrible dealing with Sue, I called her to make sure that she was indeed from Farmers Insurance. She verified that she was from farmers insurance, I proceeded to tell her that I wad going to report her unprofessional ism, she started calling me a f---ing b---h, and said I was a f idiot, that I don't have a clue what I was doing......I hung up and called Farmers and reported my dealing with them and referred them to this site.
you people need to get your facts straight.... God works in mysterious ways and one of the ways was letting all the people that know how to do nothing but run there mouths no longer be affiliated with MSRC. Sue does everything she can to help others.... im speaking from experience God brought her and her family in to my life for a reason... i am living proof.. so get a life and find someone else to harrass....ALL of the money that is collected goes back into the charity...housing the girls and making sure there safe!!!! There family is nothing more than a blessing so people who are running there mouth just need to move on and consentrate on there own family..!!!!!!!!!
Well i am thinking that the very last message was good ol Sue herself! Anyway I never recieved a call from Sue, but last night I recieved another such soliciting phone call from another number asking for another member of my household. When I asked them to pronounce my last name they couldn't, so I asked them what they wanted to talk to this other family member for. They said: and I quote, " Really?" I told them Yes I wanted to know why they were calling. The phone solicitor then called me a dumb f*^#@ing b*tch! No lie, this is what they said! This kind of behavior is UNACCEPTABLE!!!

If she actually is with Farmers, then she *can* be reported to the State Insurance Board. Your real Insurance Agent can help you with this. She should also be reported to the FTC and FCC ... But earlier posts said State Farm. But being older by a couple of years, she could have switched company's or actually not be a agent at all, in which case they need to be alerted about this anyway.
Sue McCombs is a for-hire telemarketer. I purchased her services in 2013, and had nothing but unpleasant experiences with her. She is rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant to work with. I had several complaints about her being nasty on the phone with the people she was supposed to be calling on my behalf. Worse, yet, she was calling people that are on the DO NOT CALL list. This is a huge violation of the law, and I hope she gets slammed with it one day.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Avoid this woman like a hand-grenade dipped in the ebola virus !!
