I had a horrible dealing with Sue, I called her to make sure that she was indeed from Farmers Insurance. She verified that she was from farmers insurance, I proceeded to tell her that I wad going to report her unprofessional ism, she started calling me a f---ing b---h, and said I was a f idiot, that I don't have a clue what I was doing......I hung up and called Farmers and reported my dealing with them and referred them to this site.
Had a missed call from this number. I tried to text it to see who it was but it came back that it was a landline. When I called I had no answer. Then was called back. It was a solicitor...she didnt get very far.
I just got a call from this lady, when I told her she was mistaken about the renewal date of my insuance she gave me an attitude. She was very rude & unprofessional, I told her she'd never get any business this way. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she ignored me, I told her i didn't appreciate her tone & never call me again. She hung up on me & of course there's no way to call back. This woman needs to be fired!!!
Got a call tonight from Sue McCombs. She started in with saying she was with Farmers and she wanted to give me rates on home insurance and asked if I owned a home in Round Rock. I simply told her I live in an apartment in Austin. She then called me a liar. She verified my name and told her she must have the wrong number. She told me what number she called and I told her it was the wrong number. She said, "well, my phone says I dialed it right. You're a liar." Then, she quickly hung up the phone. Inappropriate to say the least and I'll make sure to never get Farmers Insurance!
