I pretty much get the same as all of the above....it is always "Hi, this is Timothy, please press 1 to receive an important message" or please call me at 1-888......I don't know the rest of that number. Calls come in early, late, weekends. When I call back it I get the same crap as all of the above too.....

I started getting calls from 515-222-2918 a few weeks ago, each time the caller is rude and starts asking me to verify my name and address, when I ask who is calling they won't tell me. Yesterday I got another one and again same so I verified the information they had on me and they told me they were calling regarding my mdanderson cancer hospital bill. I had surgery March 2007 and had insurance and I have been paying $100.00 a month on my balance which is now about $1500.00. I cannot believe how harassing and rude these people are to me. I want to continue paying the hospital bill I owe but refuse to deal with CBE Group and I am floored MDAnderson would use such uneducated rude people to harass sick people that are actually paying them, I feel for anyone that can't pay them as I can only imagine how they get treated.
I got a cell phone a couple of weeks ago. I think whoever it is is probably calling for someone who had the phone before me if they're a bill collector or something. I get the whole, "Hi, this is Timothy, please press 1 blah blah blah" message. I've gotten it on my voice mail twice. It always was in the morning when I was in class so I never got the chance to answer or anything. I was getting pretty sick of it. Then one day they called in the afternoon, and I just hung up. If it happens again, I want to press 1 so I can talk to a representative because I'm curious what they want, and maybe if they know I'm not who they're looking for they'll stop.
They just called again. This time it was "Dave" instead of "Timothy". I pressed 1 to talk to a representative. I didn't have to wait at all, I was instantly put on the line with a woman. I asked why they kept calling. They were looking for someone named Maria. I told them That I didn't know Maria and that I only have had this phone for a couple weeks. They said that they removed my number and they wouldn't call again. This is good. She was pretty polite and I'm not so annoyed anymore.
