This is a dangerous scam. Unless you have a spybot program they can take control of your computer remotely and block your internet usage. Then they call to offer their services in cleaning up your computer problems for an annual fee. Block this number by all means
I received a call from this number, and a man with an accent, said I done something and told me 3 times, "I am going to kill you [***]." I think that someone should be able to do something. I don't like threats.
