Got the same "we have a report that you are having computer problems" I acted annoyed by telling them that since you are so helpful and took over a week to respond I had to buy a brand new computer he responded with so "are you having issues with your new computer"? what a dumb A@@ I told him no issues he said are you sure I said positive since I have not even opened the box yet!! How many days till he calls again?
