Got a call around the same time as FedUp. Heard about these scams before. Thick Indian accent, etc, rude when called out, etc. Time to contact our state and federal representatives to demand amazingly stiff laws, and funding to track down these criminals and black-hat hackers. They cost us time, money, and productivity - punish them severely.
We keep getting calls saying they have reports of my computer being hijacked, Trojans, slow and numerous other problems. I keep telling them to quit calling and take our number off from their list. Today, he said, he wanted to date me! lol..Sick of these calls several times every day!
The exact same thing happened to us last night. They just called again. Didn't answer this time. Said he wanted to take me out. Thanks for the warning! Much appreciated.
Claimed to be from Microsoft and said that my computer was sending them messages somehow, I asked if I had been hit by a hacker? The caller so "No he is not hacker!" very defensively and said one moment, at which time I was transfer to I guess his supervisor. This is where it gets funny, The supervisor claimed I had woke him up from sleeping and I owe him $300! lol....I told him to go F$%@ himself and laughed at him and then hung up. He calls back within 5 minutes and then claimed I called him......I pointed out his error, he was very upset with me, he may have had an brain hemorage or something because he didn't call back.........oh well he was a horrible scammer....
