My wife got a call from DCS and asked their name and the lady wouldn't give it, so she asked for a telephone number and she wouldn't give that either. She wanted to know if we wanted windows or siding. Said she'd call back later when I was home. She called back and identified herself as Bonnie from DSC Associates out of Des Moines, IA. and asked if was interested in replacing windows. She asked for me by name. I asked her how she got my name and she said they were calling everyone in our area... The number she called from was (515) 473-6062. I see from other posts that the owner of the companys phone number is (515) 473-6060 We're also on the NO Call List...
DCS Associates called asking for me or my husband by name. I asked who was calling and he just said John. I kept asking him what company he was with and he was very rude and hung up on me. He then called back and when I answered he said "wrong number"and hung up on me again. The number on the caller ID was 515-473-6059.
Just received a call at 1:20 p.m. on 3-23-09 from DCS Associate. When I answered, the man was very friendly and asked if I am interested in new windows or siding for my home. When I told him I don't own my home, and that I do not receive calls from telemarketers he said, "I don't care what you do" and hung up on me. Not only am I on the National Do Not Call Registry, I also have a message through my telephone company announcing that "You have called a number which does not accept calls from telemarketers, all other callers may press 1 if they wish to complete the call".
Just received a call @ 6p.m. 3/23/09 from 515-473-6057. We are on the Nat'l NO Call Registry, Don't understand what good is the No Call Registry if people /telemarketers are still calling and able to get your number.
received a call from 515 473 6062 4-6-09 asked if i needed siding and windows i said wait a minute who gave you my number he said no you wait a minute im the one asking questions here and now your not getting a free estimite for siding and hung up. rude rude.
I got a call from a DCS Associate that was 515-309-2399. I wasn't home and tried to call back, but they answered, wouldn't speak then when I tried to call again, it was busy and stayed busy.
