My wife got a call from DCS and asked their name and the lady wouldn't give it, so she asked for a telephone number and she wouldn't give that either. She wanted to know if we wanted windows or siding. Said she'd call back later when I was home. She called back and identified herself as Bonnie from DSC Associates out of Des Moines, IA. and asked if was interested in replacing windows. She asked for me by name. I asked her how she got my name and she said they were calling everyone in our area... The number she called from was (515) 473-6062. I see from other posts that the owner of the companys phone number is (515) 473-6060 We're also on the NO Call List...
got a call from this number tonight. Told them didn't want any d__ windows. Asked me why. (Like it was any of their business.) I am on a no call list, so anyone that calls this crabby old lady does so at their own risk. Told me I was rude. They call back, I get ruder.
Got a call earlier in week about a free estimate on windows. I was interested and set up a date for Wednesday. She asked me if my husband would be here and I told her no my son would. Lady called on Tuesday and said they missed me. When I told her it was suppose to be Wednesday, she acted confused as if she wrote it down wrong. Said she would have her rep. call me to confirm. Thought it was a legitimate business and made the mistake of giving my address. Today had 4 calls from them on caller ID but no message. Next time they call I'm going to tell them I have to check them out with the Better Business Bureau first. Calls are from 515-473-6055
