It was recording stating they could reduce my credit card interest rate, I pressed 1 to talk to a representative. The representative had an Indian or Pakistani accent and said that they were in Orlando Florida.
Recorded message about Obamacare, caller ID showed "customer service". Tried to hang up but the message kept on going, blocking me from making a call under it finished.
