It was recording stating they could reduce my credit card interest rate, I pressed 1 to talk to a representative. The representative had an Indian or Pakistani accent and said that they were in Orlando Florida.
Bombard DNC site with complaints every time you get these calls and then do the same on the FTC site! Eventually they will get sick of all of the complaints and do their jobs! They called yesterday, apparently for my son who doesn't even live here anymore. When the machine kicked on the guy said "Brian, are you there? Hello, are you there?" then hung up. My son has health insurance that he purchased through an agent not Obamacare. So I guess they are trying to reach him to attempt to scare him into buying insurance. Disgusting behavior. They have called here enough with no response from me, so I guess that's why they pulled the "are you there" nonsense.
You have absolutely no idea of the purpose of the DNC, how it operates, or it's primary function. Government or public informationals are exempt from the DNC. Go to the DNC/FTC site....read and learn something
