It was recording stating they could reduce my credit card interest rate, I pressed 1 to talk to a representative. The representative had an Indian or Pakistani accent and said that they were in Orlando Florida.
Commercials on TV every day refer to it as Obamacare as does Local and national news often do, Many Washington politicians of both parties, and most common everyday people do too. I honestly know anyone that I am associated with that refers to it as Affordable Care Act.
People are going to call it what they want whether there are those who don't like or not.
I didn't make it clear I was referring ONLY to those trying to sell insurance products - not the media or the politicians - they almost exclusively refer to it as "Obamacare".
When someone calling you refers to the ACA as "Obamacare", you can almost ALWAYS guarantee that they are a scammer.
