I got the same call with the same message. I called back and asked for his name and Id #. He said his name was Alex Page id# 150794. Then I asked for the number to his legal department so that my attorney could contact them to get this straightened out and he hung up on me and now they will not answer the phone when I call. They claim the are the US Treasury.
Got the same message about federal offense and how failure to return the call would be an intential 2nd offense and would require appearance before magistrate or jury......without a doubt a SCAM
I just got the 2nd call and EXACT message California got. First time was August 2nd and again today. Male caller, with accent from India, Pakistan, etc
